communication, consultant and supplier coordination, contract administration, accounting and
compliance.
We may share information with authorised employees, clients, consultants, contractors,
professional advisers, regulators and approved service providers where reasonably necessary,
authorised or required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be stored in authorised electronic business systems and, where applicable, secure
physical records.
We take reasonable steps to protect it against misuse, interference, loss and
unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to people with a legitimate business
need. Records are retained and securely disposed of in accordance with applicable obligations and
company procedures.
Individuals may contact the Director to request access to or correction of personal information held about
them, subject to applicable law. Privacy concerns or complaints may also be raised with the Director
using the contact details below.
We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
Where applicable, individuals may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at http://www.oaic.gov.au.
Suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal information must be promptly reported to
management.
MPG will assess incidents and take appropriate steps to contain and respond to them,
including notifications under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where legally required.
